Renewable energy is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK. Compared with the rest of Europe, the UK is also an emerging market, which means that it can be difficult to find suitable candidates with relevant experience or with the appropriate skills for renewables.
We often help our clients by finding suitable candidates working in traditional industries. For example, for clients developing wind turbines, we can find people with the expertise in composite materials working in the aerospace industry.
