Having grown from nine to 39 employees over the last two years, we’ve finally outgrown our offices. To accommodate our rapidly growing family, we’ve moved into Forbury Square, which boasts three times the space we had previously.
We’ve increased the number of meeting rooms and conference suites, so we can meet with clients and candidates in comfort. And we now have a dedicated training facility for new starters to help them settle in and progress their careers.
Jason McCulloch, Head of Aviation, says, “The new office environment is A1, all the best resources and tools are available at my disposal.”
But as our culture is based on fun – as well as honesty, commitment and hard work– it was also important for us to include space for our staff to chill out and relax during the day. We’ve included break-out areas with a Nintendo Wii and table tennis for our staff to kick back and catch-up over lunch.
Senior Consultant, Jon Gould, commented: “The fun I have in the workplace and the likeminded people I share my days with make the difference. We hold table tennis doubles tournaments in the office every Friday and draw names out of a hat, making cross-office pairs.”
Finally, another great feature of the new office is that we now have shower facilities. So people who want to participate in our cycle-to-work scheme can freshen up before they start work – something we’re sure our clients will appreciate!
Otodynamics
Otodynamics specialises in otoacoustic emissions instruments and is acknowledged as the pioneer and leader in this field.
As a specialist medical devices company, Otodynamics wanted to work with a recruitment consultancy that had a proven track record in its market sector.

Nujira operate in an increasingly demanding market and required IC design engineers with previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
