Renewables Recruitment

Renewable energy isn't about environmentalists pushing green power to save the world. Our oil supply is running out and we need to find sustainable sources of energy. Renewable energy is also a massive business opportunity for the UK.

The UK Government has pledged that by 2020, 15% of our energy will be generated by renewable sources such as wind, solar, tidal and waste. With grants available to help develop new technologies and with financial initiatives such as feed-in tariffs, it's not surprising that this sector is growing at a fast pace.

With industry growth comes new jobs – but this isn't without its challenges. The renewable energy sector is a relatively new industry, so finding experienced people can be difficult. Our expertise lies in identifying new candidates with transferable skills that we can move across into the industry and grow the talent pool. For example, someone that has previously built foundations for an oil and gas platform is more than capable of undertaking the pile-in for an offshore windfarm.

We're well established in the industry and work with leading OEMs such as Vestas and Scottish and Southern Energy. We know the right people to fit the right opportunities.
