Requirements:
- Must have Application Support experience.
- Must have experience with SQL, preferably MySQL with an ability to use SQL to diagnose and solve database issues on live customer deployments.
- Must have good Linux skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Desirable: cloud based support.
- Desirable: working knowledge of networking.
