Austin Fraser is currently supporting a leading healthcare organisation who are looking to on board an experienced 1st Line Support Service Desk Analyst due to the continuing growth of the company.
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. Day to day responsibilities will include providing support via phone, email, live chat, diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of technical problems.

Salary: £25K
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role (1st line or helpdesk).
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with service desk software and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
