An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Financial Services company in London as a Salesforce Developer. If you have a solid technical background in Salesforce development and a passion for creating customised solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: London; Onsite.
Salary: £60,000-£80,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain Visualforce and Lightning applications utilizing the latest Salesforce technologies.
* Address business challenges by implementing advanced Salesforce features and developing tailored solutions on the platform.
* Create integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API.
* Offer technical guidance on best practices for integrating Salesforce with in-house and third-party systems.
* Promote technical standards and excellence within the team, providing mentorship to junior developers.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize Salesforce capabilities, enhancing productivity for a rapidly growing sales team.
* Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce.com data model, including custom and junction objects, as well as data structures.
* Conduct ongoing assessments of Salesforce security and architecture to ensure they are manageable and sustainable.
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
Skills Required:
* Expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and various Salesforce technologies.
* Experience in migrating applications to the Lightning platform.
* Proficient in working with relational databases and constructing SOQL queries.
* Background in developing REST API integrations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including the management of profiles, teams, and security settings.
* Experience in developing international CRM systems with localization features.
* Familiarity with JavaScript in Salesforce contexts (such as Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components).
* Competence in producing clear documentation, both in code and user manuals.
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while being open to new ideas and constructive feedback.

I am partnering with an innovative international software company in London seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Big Data / Java) for a permanent position.
You will join a well-established development team, contributing to their flagship product—a data platform utilizing machine learning techniques.
In this role, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines, managing large-scale datasets, and ensuring smooth integration of data across various big data platforms. Your proficiency in Java and big data technologies will be instrumental in leveraging data for essential business insights.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Java and associated frameworks.
* Proven experience with technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, or other distributed systems.
* Experience in building data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing of large datasets.
* Familiarity with cloud services like AWS (EMR, S3), Google Cloud, or Azure is advantageous.
