Location: Remote
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define software requirements and analyse user/system needs.
- Write clean and efficient code for both front-end and server-side applications.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to enhance system functionality.
- Develop user interfaces and design database architecture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and prioritise tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create flowcharts to illustrate software solutions and ensure effective documentation.
- Take ownership of product modules and components, delivering on assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with relevant experience in software development.
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or .NET Developer.
- Familiarity with test-driven development and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency in Angular (4 and above) and TypeScript; knowledge of React is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, REST APIs, and MVC architecture.
- Understanding of database design and T-SQL programming.
- Experience with Docker on cloud technologies and knowledge of EKS/Kubernetes; experience with Azure is a bonus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Flux.
- Knowledge of Python or Go.
- Experience in product or industry-specific development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
