Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award winning software house who believe in the power of technology to create positive social change. Their mission is to develop innovative software solutions that address critical challenges in society.
They are now looking for an experienced Head of Delivery to come onboard and oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers as well as working closely with various stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Delivery Manager/Head of Delivery and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
- Previous hands-on commercial coding experience with a focus on the Microsoft tech stack (C# & .NET).
- Familiarity with legacy stack is desirable.
- Experience working in an Azure environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including executives and customers.
Salary: up to £85K depending on experience
